No. A home this size cannot be completed in 3 hours. However, we would be happy to Customize your top items to clean, and see where our cleaner is after 3 hours, and add time accordingly.

How often should I schedule cleaning?

Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits. Monthly works too if your place doesn’t get messy fast.

Can I book a one-time clean?

Absolutely—but fair warning: once you try us, you’ll probably want us back regularly.

Do you offer satisfaction guarantees?

Yes—we’re not happy unless you are. If you’re not satisfied with a specific part of your cleaning, our cleaner will return to address the areas you point out. Please note: this does not include a full re-clean of the entire home, but rather a re-do of the areas the customer is not happy with.

My Airbnb Cleaning Fee is $120. Can you clean my 4 bed 3 bath Airbnb for cheaper than this?

No. The big misconception amongst hosts is that Airbnb cleaning is faster and cheaper than a standard cleaning. The fact is Airbnb cleaning requires MUCH more work than a standard cleaning. An Airbnb requires removing and laundering dirty linens and towels in addition to checking and spot cleaning inside the fridge, stove, baseboards, etc.

My Airbnb is very small, can you make an exception and do a 1 or 2 hour clean?

No. Our minimum time is 3 hours with 1 cleaner.

Can you go shopping for me and buy all the items to restock my Airbnb?

No We do not do offsite shopping for hosts (eg: buy toilet paper or toothpaste). We will restock items if they are onsite but we do not go offsite.

Do you restock toiletries and amenities?

Yes, if you provide them, we’ll restock as part of our service.

Do you offer deep cleans for Airbnbs?

Yes, in addition to regular turnovers, we recommend quarterly deep cleans.
